Terms of Service

The service
Attaché (attache.com.ai) is a hosted, AI-assisted email client. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox you agree to these terms. If you use Attaché on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Your account and your mail
You are responsible for your credentials and for the mailboxes you choose to connect; you must have the right to connect them. Your email remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content and use it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Attaché to send spam or unlawful content, to violate others' rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to breach the terms of the email providers you connect (Google and Microsoft impose their own policies on connected applications). We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
AI features
AI-generated drafts, summaries, and answers are assistance, not advice; review before you rely on them. Nothing sends without your explicit action or a standing rule you individually enabled, and every automated action is recorded in your activity log and reversible where the product offers undo.
Availability and changes
The service is under active development and provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire features. If we make material changes to these terms we will post them here with a new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attaché's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
